Sam started his real estate career by focusing on high-end rentals. He quickly went up the ranks at his old firm and was named Agent of the Month several times as well as being featured in several prominent publications, including The New York Post. In 2018, he ranked in NRT’s Top 1,000 Sales Associates, within the top 500. He then worked for one of the top-ranking teams at Douglas Elliman before joining Compass.

As a member of the Move to Happy Team at Compass, integrity, expertise, and quality service is key to his approach. Sam specializes in high-end rentals as well as sales and has done business all over Manhattan handling transactions in condos, co-ops, townhouses, and rental buildings. Having worked for both sides of the deal, he knows what each of the parties requires (owner/landlord and buyer/tenant), and uses that knowledge to his client’s advantage.

Sam is a unique agent who finds ways to make things much simpler for his clients, which truly distinguishes him. He also pays great attention to detail, is honest and communicative, is a great listener and negotiator, and is fast to respond with information and answers people need to make important real estate decisions.

Born and raised in Westchester, NY, for over a decade, Sam also lived in Dutchess County. He currently resides in the West Village. Sam is very family-oriented and loves starting his morning with yoga. He also enjoys dining out at fun restaurants around town in NYC, and as a huge movie fan, striking up conversations about new and old films of all kinds.
